Cancellation Policy

Inquiry Response Time • All event inquiries will be responded to within 24–48 business hours. • Inquiries submitted after 6 PM, or on weekends and holidays, will be reviewed on the next business day. Holding Your Event Date • A deposit is required to secure your event date. • Once availability is confirmed, you have 72 hours (3 days) to submit your deposit • If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the date may be released without notice. Deposit & Payments Terms • Booking Deposit (Non-Refundable): 50% of the total balance is due within 72 hours of proposal or quote approval to reserve your date and begin preparations. • Final Payment: Due 30 days before the event. Services will only be provided once payment is received in full. • Short-Notice Bookings: Events booked within 30 days of the event date require full payment upfront. • Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, but may be applied to a future date if the event is rescheduled with minimum 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Event Details & Design Confirmation • Initial Concept (At Booking): Theme, color palette, estimated quantities, and event location. • Design & Logistics Finalization (30 Days Prior): Florals, rentals, add-ons, delivery timing, and design selections are confirmed. • Final Changes & Headcount (14 Days Prior): Final guest count, floor plan, and event timeline are due. Minor adjustments (+/– 10%) may be accommodated after this date, subject to availability. No major design or scope changes will be accepted after the 14-day deadline. Cancellations & Refunds • All deposits are non-refundable. • Cancellations 30 days or less before the event: 50% of total cost retained. • Cancellations 14 days or less before the event: 100% of total cost retained (no refunds). Late Payments • A $50 late fee may be applied to overdue balances. • Payments not received within 3 days of the due date may result in event cancellation and release of the date. Communication & Design Meetings • One complimentary 30-minute design consultation is included with each booking. • Additional planning or design meetings are available at $100/hour, billed in one-hour increments.
